CPS members may run one free, bird-related line ad in Parrot Papers and on the CPS Web site. Line ads will run once in the newsletter and for 30 days on the CPS Web site. Renewal of line ads must be completed prior to the end of each month.
Business card ads or larger (e.g., 1/4, 1/2, full page) will run in all six issues of the newsletter (one year) and for one year on the CPS Web site. Renewal ads must be done in the month preceding the annual expiration date. Advertisers will be contacted at that time to determine their interest in renewing their ads.
All ads must be approved by the CPS president or his or her designee, prior to placement in the newsletter or on the Web site.
Acceptable file formats must be jpeg, png, or gif. No other file formats will be accepted for placement. Appropriate fees must be mailed to the Connecticut Parrot Society, P.O. Box 488, Middletown, CT 06457. Ads will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis subject to available space.

CPS reserves the right to refuse questionable or inappropriate ads, as determined by the board of directors. Ads appearing in Parrot Papers and at www.connecticutparrotsociety.org do not constitute endorsements by CPS.
